Please read the following terms carefully before you start using this platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and bh99e.
1. Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bh99e website and all services included within it ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform.

2. Account Eligibility & Registration
Age Limit & Legal Eligibility
To use bh99e's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. 21+ No person below this age limit may register on the Platform or use any service. bh99e may request necessary information or documents for age verification at any time.
Registration Terms
- Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Users must operate the account in their own name and for themselves — operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
- Account passwords and login credentials must be kept completely confidential.
- The user bears full responsibility for all activity conducted through the account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To ensure safe and responsible service, bh99e may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Refusal to provide information may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at bh99e is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other methods are currently supported.
- Deposits must be made from the user's own account — using a third party's account is prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are processed instantly to the account where possible, however delays may occur due to payment gateway issues.
- For suspicious or fraudulent deposits, bh99e reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, hold the funds.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification must be completed for withdrawals to be processed successfully.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- bh99e reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for additional verification if needed.
- A new withdrawal request generally cannot be submitted while a previous one is still being processed.
Currency
bh99e operates transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed are in Bangladeshi Taka.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
bh99e offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200.
Wagering requirements must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering Terms
- The wagering requirement is 20x — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount received.
- Funds earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is set from the date the bonus is issued.
- Wagering contribution rates may differ for specific games or game categories — contact the support team for details.
- If bonus abuse is attempted through multiple accounts or dishonest means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
VIP & Cashback Program
bh99e's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Progression to higher tiers depends on overall activity and contribution.
- Cashback is added to the account every week.
- Wagering requirements may apply to cashback.
- The decision on VIP tier assignment is entirely at bh99e's discretion.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Acceptable Use
Users must use the Platform fairly and honestly. Bets should be placed for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a way to resolve financial difficulties.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and, if violated, the account will be immediately closed:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading identity information.
- Attempting to dishonestly exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
- Attempting to exploit weaknesses or bugs in the Platform.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Making deposits or placing bets using third-party funds.
Consequences
If prohibited activity is detected, bh99e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, confiscate the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
6. Games & Betting Rules
Game Service Terms
All games available on bh99e — slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting — are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. Results are entirely random and not predetermined.
Sports Betting
- Betting odds may change at any time — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded.
- bh99e reserves the right to cancel bets incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.
- In the event of a dispute over results, bh99e's decision is final.
Fair Play & Security

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Interruptions

9. Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by User
Any user may request closure of their account at any time. To make a request, contact [email protected]. Existing balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed, however bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be cancelled.
Suspension or Closure by bh99e
bh99e may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
- Due to legal or regulatory requirements.
- Upon a self-exclusion request under responsible gaming.
